Google Ads & Meta Ads Management
Case Studies
Three engagements in detail — where each account started, what I changed, and what happened. The full write-ups, with the numbers, are linked below as PDFs.

E-Commerce: Big Chill — Google Ads + Meta Ads
Starting from zero, I built and managed Big Chill's Google Ads and Meta Ads programs over three years — they became the company's most efficient revenue channels. On Google: $13.8M in revenue at a 32.9x ROAS, with $119K less in ad spend than the prior period. On Meta: $3.87M in attributed revenue from $134K in spend at a 28.7x blended ROAS — built from scratch with no prior account, pixel, or audience history. These results are representative of an established ecommerce brand with strong product–market fit and the catalog depth to support Shopping and Performance Max.

Healthcare: Eye Surgeons & Consultants — Google Ads
When I took over this account, conversion rate was below 1% and cost per conversion was approaching $400 — with no tracking in place and no visibility into what was driving results. Through a complete account rebuild, purpose-built landing pages aligned to patient intent, and full keyword-level call and conversion tracking: conversion rate climbed past 17%, cost per conversion dropped 89% to roughly $44, and the practice gained 190 additional inbound calls per month from paid search. These results are representative of a local or regional service business where the win comes from tracking, landing pages, and intent matching — not budget size.

Healthcare: Green Card Medical Exams — Google Ads
Two years, one clinic, a steady ~$13K/month budget — through a market where cost per click rose 54%. That's the environment where most accounts quietly fall apart. Instead: conversion rate climbed from 11.5% to nearly 16%, search impression share grew from a quarter of the auction to 40%, phone calls held at ~415 per month, and cost per booked exam rose just 10% against a 54% CPC headwind. These results are representative of local, appointment-driven healthcare — where the win is discipline over time, not a one-time fix.
